As a local housing association, our purpose is to offer and manage a wide range of non-profit housing for housing seekers of all ages. Haderslev Boligselskab must at all times be able to offer contemporary and affordable housing types – family housing, youth housing, and housing for the elderly and disabled. At Haderslev Boligselskab, the residents' influence is central to the operation of the entire housing stock. Therefore, the majority of the board members are also residents of the individual housing departments. As chairman of the board, it is my most important task to monitor and ensure that the employees carry out the daily operation of Haderslev Boligselskab for the benefit of all residents, young and old. I myself am a resident of department 16-17 – this is your guarantee that my duties are based on the residents' wishes.
