The Housing Social Comprehensive Plan Haderslev works purposefully to create better life opportunities for children, young people and their families in Haderslev. Our efforts are based on strong partnerships with residents, associations, private actors and municipal partners, who all contribute to creating a positive development in the local area. Through activities, support and advice, we work to strengthen the community and create a safe environment where everyone can thrive and develop.
We focus on building bridges between residential areas, educational opportunities and the labour market, so that children and young people receive support for their education and leisure life. At the same time, we work with initiatives that promote citizenship and help residents achieve increased well-being and engagement in their local community. Through our housing social efforts, we create a sustainable and cohesive local environment, where cooperation and shared responsibility are at the center.
1. Education and life chances
• Focus on strengthening the well-being, learning and educational opportunities of children and young people.
• Early interventions, mentoring, extracurricular activities and bridging to the education system.
2. Employment
• Initiatives that support residents in getting closer to the labor market.
• Recreational jobs for young people, upskilling courses and collaboration with job centers and companies.
3. Crime prevention
• Preventive efforts targeting young people in vulnerable positions and risk groups.
• Collaborate with SSP, police and associations to create safe residential areas.
4. Cohesion and citizenship
• Strengthen communities, well-being and residents' participation in the local community.
• Volunteering, neighborhood mothers, neighborhood and co-creation in residential areas.

En af mine opgaver er samarbejdet mellem hjem og dagtilbud, hvor jeg har en koordinerende rolle i forbindelse med:
- Børn med for meget fravær
- Børn med en uhensigtsmæssig adfærd
- Formidling af info, f.eks. vitigheden i at møde op til forældremøder
- Hjælp til at forstå informationer fra dag-tilbudr
