Rules for renting the community house at Braineparken

• There is room for a maximum of 80 people – This number of people must not be exceeded.
• The community house may not be lent/rented to a third party.
• The community house is a non-smoking area.
• Barbecue area and outdoor areas may not be used after 11 p.m.
• Windows to the community building must be closed no later than 11 p.m. and loud music must not be played after midnight.
• It is not allowed to stay overnight in the community house.
• Only rented to residents who live in Braineparken.

Parking

• Parking is not permitted at the high-rise building or on grassy areas.
  but the kindergarten's parking lot at Thrigesvej 51 can be used on weekends

Cleaning/handover

• You must bring your own tea towels and dishcloths.
• The dishwasher must be cleaned and emptied of water after use.
• Oven/stove must be cleaned after use
• Kitchen tables, etc. are wiped down after use.
• Kitchenware etc. must be put in place in the respective cabinets and shelves.
• Glass must be polished before being put in place.
• Cutlery must be dried afterwards.
• Waste must be sorted and placed in the respective cabinets and shelves.
• If spills occur, wipe them up immediately to avoid damage to the floor.
• Floors must be swept before handover.
• Tables and chairs must be put back in place after use, chairs must be placed on the floor – Remember to unlock the wheels on the tables before moving them.
